This page is short because we collect very little. It covers the enquiry form on this website and nothing else.

What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, your company if you give it, your email address, the subject of your enquiry and your message. We also record the IP address the submission came from, solely to limit how often the form can be used from one connection.
Why we use it
To read your enquiry and reply to it; to send you one confirmation email so you know it arrived; and to contact you about the matter you raised.
We do not add you to a mailing list — there is no newsletter on this site and no box that subscribes you to one. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own purposes, and we have never bought or imported a list of addresses.
Legal basis and your consent
The form cannot be submitted without ticking the consent box, which links to this page. That tick is what permits us to use your details to reply. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above; withdrawing does not affect anything done beforehand.
Who else sees it
Our website host, which stores the site and the messages it sends, and our email provider, which delivers them. Both act only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so that a conversation can be picked up where it left off, and longer only where a business relationship or a legal obligation requires it. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will.
Your choices
Write to info@kendaresources.com to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. If you received a confirmation email for an enquiry you did not send, ignore it — we will not write again, and you can tell us so that we remove the details.
